Ingredients
- 4 eggs
- 1 1/4 cups powdered sugar
- 1 cup yogurt (plain)
- 10 tbsp vegetable oil
- 2 1/3 cups all-purpose flour
- 1 cup almond flour
- 1 sachet baking powder
- a pinch of salt
- 1 tsp cream of tartar
- vanilla extract
- 3.5 oz dark chocolate chips
Steps
In a large bowl, beat the eggs with a pinch of salt and the powdered sugar until you obtain a light, frothy, well-combined mixture.
Add the yogurt and the oil in a thin stream, mixing, and flavor the batter with the vanilla extract.
Gradually add the almond flour and the sifted all-purpose flour mixed with the baking powder and cream of tartar. Fold in the dark chocolate chips gently with a spatula from the bottom up.
Preheat the static oven to 356°F (180°C). Butter and flour a 24 cm (about 9.5-inch) bundt pan, making sure to remove any excess flour.
Pour the batter into the pan, leveling the surface.
Transfer the cake to the oven and bake for about 40–45 minutes. Insert a skewer into the center of the bundt: if it comes out clean, it’s done. Then remove from the oven and let cool completely.
Dust with powdered sugar before serving. To further enrich the preparation, you can add pieces of dried fruit or candied fruit to the batter, customizing the recipe to your taste.
The soft bundt cake with chocolate chips is ready to be enjoyed!
