Ingredients
- 10 hard-boiled eggs
- 3 1/2 tbsp mayonnaise
- 3.5 oz tuna (drained)

Cook the eggs
First, place the eggs in a saucepan with cold water.
Bring to a boil and cook for about 9–10 minutes to obtain perfectly hard-boiled eggs.
Once cooked, cool them under cold running water and peel them.
Prepare the filling
Cut the hard-boiled eggs in half lengthwise and remove the yolks.
Put the yolks in a bowl and mash them with a fork.
Add the mayonnaise,
Add the well-drained tuna, a pinch of salt and chopped parsley.
Mix well until you obtain a smooth and homogeneous cream.
Stuff the eggs
Transfer the cream into a piping bag.
Fill the cavities of the egg whites, forming small rosettes of filling.
