Today I present a delightful recipe to make nutritious chocolate bites (24 grams each) that resemble light bars. Made with wholegrain muesli, dried fruit and nuts, no-added-sugar honey and dark chocolate (I chose sugar-free, but you can use whichever type you prefer). Mix all the ingredients and bind them with a teaspoon of no-added-sugar peanut butter or the alternative you like. They are truly delicious at first bite, will disappear quickly and will be appreciated by everyone, even those not following a diet.

Ingredients
- 3.5 oz dark chocolate (sugar-free)
- 1 cup muesli (wholegrain with dried fruit and nuts)
- 1 tsp peanut butter (no added sugar)
- 1 tsp honey (no added sugar)
Tools
To make homemade chocolates, bars or small nougats, you can use various molds of different shapes and sizes. Naturally, depending on the size used, the number of chocolates produced will vary. Below you can find several molds; choose the ones you like most

Steps
We will make 10 chocolate bites (approximately 1 1/4 x 1 1/4 in, weight 24 grams each) that can be enjoyed like small light bars for breakfast, snack, or to curb hunger. You can vary the size depending on the molds you use.
Let’s prepare the chocolates:
Melt the chocolate in a bain-marie or in the microwave. Once melted, use a silicone brush to coat 10 molds of about 1 1/4 x 1 1/4 in (or the molds you have available; you can also use a single mold and then cut the cold mixture into squares). Place the chocolate-lined molds in the refrigerator.
While they cool, prepare the filling: in a bowl put the muesli, the peanut butter, the honey and the chocolate (reserve about 1 heaping teaspoon of the melted chocolate for the end). Mix with a spoon.
Take the molds back from the refrigerator and fill them with the prepared mixture. Press down firmly with the back of a teaspoon. Finally, cover with the reserved melted chocolate. Chill in the refrigerator or freezer.
Once the chocolate has cooled, unmold all the chocolates.
Delicious — they can be eaten as chocolates or as small hunger-busting bars. Tasty and light.
Storage
Store the chocolates in an airtight container for up to 1 week in a cool, dry place (or in the refrigerator).
Variations
Chocolate variation: you can try different types of chocolate, such as milk chocolate, white zero-sugar or dark, to vary the flavor.
