- 6 eggs
- 4.23 oz tuna in oil
- 2 tbsp mayonnaise
- 1 tbsp capers, salted (or caperberries)
Steps
Place the eggs in cold water, bring to a boil and cook for about 9-10 minutes. Cool them immediately under cold running water. Peel the eggs, cut them in half and gently remove the yolks.
Mash the yolks in a bowl and add the drained tuna. Add the mayonnaise little by little until you obtain a soft cream.
Add chopped capers and a little parsley. Season with salt and pepper. Use a teaspoon or a piping bag to fill them.
