Ingredients
- 2 cups flour (soft flour for cakes, the one you usually use)
- 2 eggs
- 6 tbsp sugar
- Half sachet baking powder
- 1 pinch salt
- 7 tbsp butter
- 1 oz chocolate chips
- 2 oz chocolate
- 1 cup strawberries
Steps
Put the flour, sugar, baking powder and salt in a bowl and mix. Add the eggs, the butter in pieces and start kneading.
Add the chocolate chips and work the dough well on a lightly floured surface; don’t add too much flour, just a dusting so your hands don’t stick.
Roll out the pastry into a rectangle. Cut the strawberries into pieces and arrange them on the base, then add the chopped chocolate and roll up.
Seal the ends slightly and bake at 356°F in a preheated oven for about 25-30 minutes, it should turn golden. Remove from the oven, let it cool slightly, dust with powdered sugar and serve.
