🍓 Colomba Tiramisu with Strawberries and Coconut
Easy egg-free dessert to recycle leftover colomba
The colomba tiramisu with strawberries and coconut is a fresh, creamy dessert perfect for recycling leftover colomba after Easter. I often make it when I have an extra slice of colomba and want to transform it into an easy and quick, but really decadent dessert.
This version is special because it combines two different creams: a strawberry cream and a coconut cream, creating a delicate and refreshing contrast of flavors. In addition, the creams are egg-free, so it is lighter and suitable for everyone.
It is a perfect dessert for:
a post-lunch dessert
a tasty snack
