These dipping cookies are perfect to take to school or out of the house. They are easy to prepare, can be conveniently packaged, and are a great option for a quick and healthy snack. They are also a great idea for school trips or simply for a snack in the park.

Ingredients for making dipping cookies

  • 2 eggs
  • 200 sugar (and 40 g for the surface)
  • 1/2 cup vegetable oil
  • 1/4 cup milk
  • 1 packet vanillin
  • 4 3/4 cups all-purpose flour
  • 1 packet baking powder (or baking ammonia)

Steps to make dipping cookies

  • These dipping cookies are simple to make. First, take a bowl and add the eggs with the sugar.

  • Add the vegetable oil and start working the ingredients with a fork.

  • Add all the flour and the packet of vanillin to the bowl.

  • Take a cup, warm the milk slightly, and dissolve the baking ammonia in it; a light foam will form. Combine the two mixtures and knead until you get a soft and compact dough.

  • Continue to work the mixture with your hands. Let the dough rest for 30 minutes in the fridge covered with a kitchen cloth.

  • Now we can prepare our dipping cookies: take pieces of dough weighing 40 g each. Shape the cookies as shown in the picture. Roll each cookie halfway in granulated sugar.

  • Place the cookies not too close together on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper with the sugared side facing up. Bake the cookies in a preheated oven at 350°F for 15/20 minutes, or until golden brown. Once baked, let them cool completely.
