How to make Cinnamon apples
Let’s proceed with the preparation of Cinnamon apples. Peel the apples, cut them in half, remove the core and then cut them into small pieces. I recommend peeling them with a vegetable peeler — it’s quick and will reduce waste.
Place the apple pieces in a skillet and cook for 5 minutes, stirring occasionally. Add the sugar, cinnamon and water and cook for another 10 minutes. If they seem too dry you can add more water; this will make the apples softer.
When the Cinnamon apples are cooked, remove them from the heat and serve in a bowl; sprinkle with ground cinnamon.
How to store Cinnamon apples
Store them in the refrigerator for 2-3 days
