Tuna with Sesame

in

The TUNA WITH SESAME is an elegant and quick main course, perfect for those who want to bring a simple yet impressive dish to the table. Fresh tuna steaks are briefly seared in a pan, keeping the interior tender and pink while the exterior becomes enriched with a crispy crust of lightly toasted sesame seeds.
The contrast between the softness of the fish and the crunch of the sesame makes every bite balanced and pleasantly aromatic. Often accompanied by a light soy- or citrus-based marinade, this dish evokes oriental flavors while remaining very straightforward.
Elegant and light, tuna with sesame is ideal for a quick but refined dinner, perfect to serve with fresh vegetables, rice, or crunchy salads. A dish that wins you over with its freshness and its simple yet striking presentation.
