Ingredients
- 2/3 cup coconut milk (canned, chilled)
- 3.5 oz dark chocolate
- to taste nuts and dried fruit
Steps
To make the coconut milk and chocolate mousse, place the coconut milk in the refrigerator for at least 24 hours; for this recipe you need the coconut milk cold.
Then pour the coconut milk into a bowl and whip it with electric beaters.
Melt the dark chocolate in a bain-marie or in the microwave. Then incorporate it into the coconut milk, always mixing with the electric beaters until you obtain a homogeneous mixture.
Transfer the mousse into cups or glasses and place in the refrigerator to rest for at least 30 minutes.
Serve the mousse garnished with nuts or dried fruit; for example, I used hazelnuts and desiccated coconut. Enjoy!
