How to prepare Bimby apricot juice
Insert the sugar and water into the bowl. Start for 10 minutes, 212 degrees Fahrenheit, speed 2.
Meanwhile, peel the apricots and cut them into chunks.
After 10 minutes, insert the apricot pieces and lemon juice into the bowl. Start for one minute and blend, moving from speed 2 to speed 8.
Pour the hot content into glass bottles.
Let it cool at room temperature, then store it in the refrigerator.
Storage
Homemade juice without any pasteurization treatment can be stored in the refrigerator for about 2-3 days. It is advisable to consume it within this time frame to fully enjoy its nutritional properties and fresh taste.
