- 2 rolls ready-made pizza dough (ready-made)
- 7 oz Milano salami
- as needed hard-boiled eggs
- 4 oz scamorza (+ mozzarella)
- egg (for brushing the surface)
How to make the Easter Rustic quick appetizer
Unroll the focaccia onto a baking tray using its own paper. At this point, fill with slices of salami, the hard-boiled eggs and the cheese.
Cover with the second roll, make some cuts and divide into 12 pieces.
Then, brush the surface with the egg lightly beaten.
Bake your Easter Rustic quick appetizer at 374°F in a preheated oven for about 15-20 minutes.
