Ingredients

  • 2 rolls ready-made pizza dough (ready-made)
  • 7 oz Milano salami
  • as needed hard-boiled eggs
  • 4 oz scamorza (+ mozzarella)
  • egg (for brushing the surface)

How to make the Easter Rustic quick appetizer

  • Unroll the focaccia onto a baking tray using its own paper. At this point, fill with slices of salami, the hard-boiled eggs and the cheese.

  • Cover with the second roll, make some cuts and divide into 12 pieces.

  • Then, brush the surface with the egg lightly beaten.

  • Bake your Easter Rustic quick appetizer at 374°F in a preheated oven for about 15-20 minutes.
