Bake your pockets in a preheated oven at 374°F for 12-15 minutes.

Storage and tips for bresaola and taleggio pockets

They are spectacular straight from the oven, but also delicious cold. To preserve their crispiness, store them at room temperature covered with plastic wrap for at most a few hours. You can freeze them before baking. Alternatively, for a more flavorful and aromatic variation: fill with speck and blue cheese, or with pears and taleggio or gorgonzola. For a vegetarian version you can fill them with sun-dried tomatoes and chopped olives mixed with a little ricotta.
