Gluten-free, egg-free, and no-bake, the quick coconut balls are made with only 3 ingredients and are delicious.
Always on the lookout for new ideas, about a year ago I came across a similar recipe to these balls and was intrigued by the idea that they were easy to make and no-bake, so when colleagues recently asked me to bring a sweet treat, I thought this was a good chance to try making them.
Besides coconut, you need condensed milk, and to add crunchiness, you can optionally add almonds or hazelnuts… or a small piece of chocolate… cherries…
The best part is you only need a bowl and in just a few minutes you’ll have made a dessert suitable for everyone!
So if you love coconut, don’t miss this recipe and get the ingredients to make the quick coconut balls; my colleagues at the office devoured them in no time!

- 1.5 cups grated coconut (shredded)
- 10.8 oz condensed milk
- 1.1 oz almonds
- 0.33 cup grated coconut (shredded)
Tools
- 1 Bowl
- 1 Spoon
Steps
– In a large bowl, mix the grated coconut and condensed milk until well combined.
– Take a small amount of the mixture, place an almond in the center, and close it to form a ball.
– Roll the balls in grated coconut and continue until all the mixture is used up.
Storing the Balls.
– They can be kept at room temperature, but I prefer to store them in a container in the fridge, especially if served in hot seasons.
