Bread rolls with sausage and stracchino are a variation of the classic bread rolls alla pizzaiola and can be served as a main course. The recipe is very simple, you need sandwich bread, sausage, and stracchino cheese. Roll it up, dip in egg, and finally in breadcrumbs. In my version, I baked them, but you can also opt for an air fryer or fry them in plenty of hot oil.
