Easter chocolate salami: an egg-free delight to celebrate sweetly
The Easter chocolate salami: a classic revisited with condensed milk. Chocolate salami is a traditional dessert prepared on various occasions and is a staple on festive tables. This version, made with condensed milk, is a great alternative for those seeking a rich and easy-to-make treat without using eggs. The condensed milk gives the salami a soft, velvety texture that pairs perfectly with the intense flavor of dark chocolate and the crunch of dry cookies.
The glaze, enriched with chopped hazelnuts, adds an extra touch of indulgence, making this dessert even more irresistible. Its slightly grainy appearance reminded me of the chocolate egg we find at Easter on every table. So why not make an Easter salami?
