Red mini pizzas in the air fryer, a real treat for the palate, ideal for the whole family.

Ingredients for the red mini pizzas in the air fryer:

  • 1.8 oz semolina flour
  • 7 oz all-purpose flour
  • 0.1 oz dry yeast
  • 2/3 cup lukewarm water (approximately)
  • 2 tsp extra virgin olive oil
  • 0.2 oz fine salt
  • to taste tomato passata
  • to taste dried oregano
  • to taste fine salt

Steps for preparing and cooking the red mini pizzas in the air fryer:

  • First, prepare the dough for the mini pizzas, following HERE the detailed procedure, you can prepare it the same day, late morning for the evening or the day before and do the long fermentation in the refrigerator.

  • In a bowl, put the tomato passata (about 10 tablespoons), add a couple of tablespoons of extra virgin olive oil, salt, and oregano, and mix well.

    Cook at 356°F for 5 minutes, then increase the temperature to 374°F and cook for another 3/4 minutes.

    Remove the mini pizzas from the fryer and proceed until the dough is finished.

    It is implied that if you make smaller mini pizzas, the cooking times will be a few minutes shorter.

  • Serve the mini pizzas still nice and hot.

    Cooking directly on the grill allows for better cooking even on the bottom, with air circulation provided by the grill.

Advice:

You can also make mini pizzas with mozzarella on top, or dress them with olives or sausages or other toppings of your choice.
