Ingredients
- 11 oz Farfalle (about 3 1/2 cups dry)
- 10.6 oz Mushrooms (about 4 1/3 cups sliced)
- 4.2 oz Cooked ham (about 1 cup, sliced)
- 200 ml Cooking cream (about 3/4 cup; ~7 fl oz)
- 1 clove Garlic
- Extra virgin olive oil
- Butter
- Salt
Preparation of farfalle with cream, ham and mushrooms
Clean the mushrooms with a damp paper towel, removing any traces of soil and trimming the stems.
Cut them into pieces.
Peel the garlic clove.In a frying pan heat a few tablespoons of extra virgin olive oil and lightly brown the garlic.
Add the mushrooms and let them cook for about ten minutes.
Adjust the salt, remove the garlic and turn off the heat.Meanwhile cook the farfalle until al dente in plenty of salted water.
Cut the cooked ham into strips.
In a large pan heat a knob of butter (about 1 tablespoon).
Add the ham and let it brown for a few minutes.Add the mushrooms, mix and add the cream, stirring and cooking a few more minutes to blend the flavors.
Add the farfalle and mix thoroughly.
Serve immediately, piping hot, your farfalle with cream, ham and mushrooms.
