- 1 1/3 lb turkey thigh (sliced)
- 3 bell peppers
- 1/2 glass white wine
- 1 clove garlic

Preparation TURKEY STRIPS WITH PEPPERS
Place the slices of meat between two sheets of parchment paper and gently flatten them with a meat mallet, then, with a knife or kitchen scissors, cut the slices into strips.
Wash the bell peppers, remove the seeds and inner white ribs, and cut them into strips.
In a nonstick skillet pour a generous drizzle of extra virgin olive oil and sauté one clove of garlic.
When the garlic is golden, remove it and add the turkey strips to the skillet; brown them for a few minutes, turning often.
Deglaze with the white wine. Wait for the wine to evaporate, then add the bell peppers and a few basil leaves. Season with salt, stir, cover, and cook, stirring occasionally, until the peppers are tender. If needed during cooking, you can add a few tablespoons of water.
