Tuna and olive pasta is a light and tasty first course that we can serve for lunch or dinner. The tuna and olive pasta is simple and quick to prepare, perfect if we have little time and want to make something delicious with ingredients that are always on hand. For the sauce of this dish we will need drained tuna, pitted black olives and desalinated capers. Sauté the garlic and then briefly brown the tuna together with the capers… it really takes very little time and you’re ready to eat.

- 4 oz tuna (drained)
- 4 oz olives (pitted)
- 1 tbsp capers
- extra virgin olive oil
- salt
- chopped parsley
- 1 clove garlic

Let’s start preparing the pasta with tuna. Pour a drizzle of extra virgin olive oil into a nonstick pan and add the garlic clove.
Chop the black olives with a knife and sauté them in the pan with the tuna, mix the sauce and add the capers.
Let the flavors meld and in the meantime cook the pasta shape you prefer.
Put the white olive and tuna sauce in a bowl, add the pasta, mix and add the chopped parsley.
