  • 3/4 cup pumpkin (clean weight)
  • 7 tbsp sugar
  • 3 1/2 tbsp corn oil
  • 1 pinch fine salt
  • 1 tsp baking powder
  • 1 egg
  • 1 tsp ground cinnamon (optional)
  • 1/3 cup dark chocolate chips (kept in the freezer)
  • 1/2 cup walnut halves
  • 1/3 cup milk (warm)

Steps

Prepare the oven in static mode at 392 degrees Fahrenheit

  • Remove the skin and fibers from the pumpkin, cut it into pieces and place them in a bowl. Cover it with cling film, cook it in the microwave for a few minutes, and then puree it with an immersion blender. In a large bowl, mix the flour, baking powder, cinnamon, and salt.
