Creamy chicken breast is a tasty meat main course, easy and quick to prepare.

Tasty and very creamy, with few ingredients, it’s perfect for any occasion and wins over the palates of young and old.

Ingredients

  • 1.3 lb chicken breast (sliced)
  • 3/4 cup cooking cream (about 200 ml (¾ cup + 1 tbsp))
  • flour
  • thyme
  • butter
  • extra virgin olive oil
  • salt

Preparation of the creamy chicken breast

  • Dredge the chicken breast slices in flour and shake off the excess flour.

    In a large skillet, melt 3 tablespoons of butter (about 40 g) with two tablespoons of extra virgin olive oil.

  • Add the chicken slices and brown them on all sides for a couple of minutes.

    Sprinkle with a little chopped dried thyme, season with salt and add the cooking cream (about ¾ cup).

  • Cover the pan with a lid and cook for five minutes, until the cream has thickened.

    Serve immediately, hot, your creamy chicken breast.
