  • 6.3 oz scamorza cheese (sliced)
  • 2/3 cup milk
  • 1 pinch salt
  • 1.4 oz parmesan cheese

How to make stuffed bread

  • To prepare the stuffed bread: start by covering a loaf pan with wet parchment paper.

  • Place the pre-sliced bread inside the pan and fill each slice with cooked ham and cheese.

  • At this point, beat the egg with the milk and parmesan, season with salt, then pour it over the stuffed loaf bread.

  • Bake at 356°F for about 15 minutes, take out and enjoy hot and melted.

Storage of stuffed bread

This preparation is best enjoyed fresh, while it’s still hot and melted. Freezing is not recommended.
