- 1 1/4 cups whole grain multigrain flour (7 cereals)
- 2 eggs (large)
- 1/3 cup cornstarch
- 50 g sweetener (Truvia sweetener from stevia leaf)
- 1/3 cup corn oil
- 3 1/2 tbsps milk
- 1 pinch fine salt
- 2 tsp baking powder
- 4 g lemon zest (grated)
- 2 tsp lemon juice (for wetting the apples)
- 2 tsp vanilla extract
- 2 Golden apples
- 2 tbsps powdered sugar (for decoration)

Steps
Turn on the oven in static mode at 347 degrees Fahrenheit
Peel the apples and cut one into cubes and the other into slices. Wet them with lemon juice to prevent them from browning.
Break the eggs into the bowl and start whisking them, add the sweetener while continuing with the whisks. Add the vanilla extract, grated lemon zest, a pinch of salt, and gradually the powders, cornstarch, whole grain flour, and baking powder. Gently mix with the spatula.
Pour in the oil and milk and incorporate them. Add the cubed apples and once incorporated, pour the batter into the pan lined with parchment paper. Arrange the apple slices in a radial pattern and bake in the middle rack. Bake for 50 minutes then turn off and leave in the oven for a few more minutes with the door ajar. Remove from the oven and once cold, if desired, sprinkle with powdered sugar.
