Ingredients
The ingredients you need to make your quick and tasty pizza are:
- 1 1/4 cups water
- 3 g dry yeast
- 1 tsp sugar
- 3 1/2 cups all-purpose flour
- 1 tsp salt
- to taste extra virgin olive oil
- to taste oregano
- 7 oz pizza mozzarella
To make this recipe, I used some products I purchased on Amazon which helped me in making this fantastic pizza:

Steps
In a large bowl, mix water, yeast, and sugar.
Gradually add the flour and salt, mixing well with a whisk or fork to avoid lumps.
Continue mixing until the dough becomes smooth and fluid.
Take a spatula and fold the dough a few times to strengthen it.
Cover the dough with plastic wrap and let it rest for at least two hours, until it doubles in volume.
Prepare the pizza pan, greasing it generously with olive oil (use a brush to help).
Transfer the dough onto the pan, making sure it sticks well to the edges. Use an oiled spoon to spread it.
Add the tomato sauce, plenty of oregano, and a drizzle of oil.
Bake the pizza in a preheated oven at the bottom at 450°F for about 10 minutes, until the crust is golden and crispy.
Take the pan out, add the thinly sliced mozzarella, and put it back in the oven, this time in the middle section for 5 minutes.
Thin, crispy on the edges and soft inside, serve the pizza hot and enjoy it with your loved ones!
