Melt the butter and once melted, let it cool slightly. Meanwhile, in a bowl, mix the eggs with the sugar and yogurt, and when well blended, gradually add the butter while continuing to mix for a few minutes.
Add the water to the bowl with the eggs, mix until you obtain a uniform mixture, and set aside.
In a separate bowl, mix the flour, cocoa, baking powder, and chocolate chips well, then pour into the bowl with the liquid mixture and mix until you obtain a thick but very well-blended mixture without lumps.
Lightly butter and flour the muffin pan, scoop in generous tablespoons of the batter until finished. Preheat the oven to 392°F and when hot, bake for 35/40 minutes. Towards the end of baking, always do the toothpick test; if it comes out dry, they are done. Once cooked, remove them from the oven, let them cool, and serve! Bon appétit!
