Start by preparing the base:
– Blend the dry biscuits until you have fine crumbs.
– Mix the biscuit crumbs with the natural yogurt until you get a homogeneous dough.
Roll out the dough between two sheets of parchment paper, divide it into two pieces. Use one part to create the cake base, place it on a (20 cm) baking tray lined with parchment paper, making sure to create a border of at least 1/2 inch.
Fill with hazelnut spread as desired (I used about 7 oz) and a layer of grated coconut.
Cover with the other half of the dough, a sprinkle of unsweetened cocoa, some grated coconut around the edges, and you can serve it immediately! If you prefer it a bit firmer, I recommend putting it in the refrigerator for at least an hour, just enough time to let it solidify.
