Wild Asparagus in Foil, Cooked in Air Fryer

Spring is in the air, and I start taking nice walks. Today while walking, I gathered a nice bunch of asparagus, and decided to cook them in foil in my air fryer. Delicious, to make them even more tasty, I added slices of homemade guanciale, my goodness what a treat. In 10 minutes I had a tasty dish. Steps

  • Place the asparagus on a sheet of aluminum and parchment paper, season with oil and salt, and place the guanciale slices on top.

  • Close and form the packet.

  • Place the packet on the basket of the air fryer and cook at 375°F for about 10 minutes.
