Ingredients
- 3 eggs
- 180 g sugar
- 2 cups yogurt
- 1/2 cup sunflower oil
- 2/3 cup orange juice
- 2 1/2 cups all-purpose flour
- 1 packet baking powder

- 1 Bundt Pan
How to Prepare the Yogurt Ring Cake with Orange Juice
In a bowl, mix the eggs and sugar with the electric mixer. You should get a fluffy and frothy mixture.
Add the yogurt and mix.
Add the oil and orange juice. Mix.
Add the flour and baking powder. Mix everything well, being careful not to create lumps.
Pour the mixture into a 9.5-inch bundt pan previously buttered and floured. My pan does not need to be buttered or floured. If you want to take a look, you can find it above in the list of tools.
Bake in a preheated oven, static at 350 degrees Fahrenheit. Let it cook for about 30-35 minutes. Please check the cooking times based on your oven.
Remove from the oven, let it cool slightly and if you like, sprinkle with powdered sugar.
