- 2 2/3 cups all-purpose flour
- 3/4 cup water
- 2 tbsp extra virgin olive oil
- 2 tsp salt
- 1 3/4 tsp active dry yeast
- 10 1/2 oz boiled spinach
- 1 cup ricotta cheese
- 1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese
- 1 egg
- to taste salt
- to taste pepper
- to taste garlic powder
- to taste extra virgin olive oil

Steps
In a bowl, pour the flour, the oil, dissolve the yeast in water and start kneading, add the salt.
Continue kneading until you get a firm and smooth dough, cover with plastic wrap and let it rise for a couple of hours in the oven with the light on.
Sauté the spinach in a pan with a dash of extra virgin olive oil, a pinch of salt, and a bit of garlic powder. Let it flavor and turn off.

Finish by sealing the edge with a fork and pierce before baking at 356°F for 30/35 minutes.
