This recipe is one of my favorite breakfasts, the flourless and sugar-free protein pancake Super easy and quick!
Every time I prepare custard, I always have leftover egg whites, so my first thought is: do I make meringues or my pancakes? Given the strict diet I’m following, the sugar-free pancakes win over the meringues 😁!
They are very tasty and perfect accompanied by a couple of teaspoons of sugar-free jam or some fresh fruit pieces and a handful of almonds; a wholesome and light breakfast.
Let’s discover the recipe.
See you soon, Susy.
