Salted caramel cream for filling Pandoro. Today I’m sharing the recipe to prepare a delicious cream and velvety texture ideal for filling panettone and pandoro but also for making tiramisu and filling cakes.
It’s also perfect to serve in cups, as a spoon dessert, to surprise your guests with a tasty and rich dessert.
This recipe is easy and quick to prepare, does not contain eggs and is a great alternative to the Mascarpone cream with limoncello or the Mascarpone and chocolate cream.

- 9 oz mascarpone
- 1 1/4 cups sweetened plant-based cream for whipping
- 3 oz caramel (salted)

Steps

In a large bowl, whip the sweetened plant-based cream until it reaches a firm consistency. For this operation, I recommend using electric whisks.
In another bowl, mix the mascarpone with the salted caramel. Add the whipped plant-based cream and fold in with a spatula, being careful not to deflate the mixture.
Cover the obtained cream with plastic wrap and refrigerate for 2 hours.
