Parsley Powder, an Easy and Fast Method to Preserve It Longer

Today I want to share with you one of the methods I use to preserve parsley. I don’t know about you, but I rarely, if ever, have fresh parsley on hand. Usually, my uncle gifts me with an industrial amount. Besides chopping and freezing it, chopping it with garlic and placing it in oil, another method I use a lot is to dry it and reduce it to powder. I use the microwave, but you can also use an air fryer. Choose the method you prefer.
