- 5.3 oz cooked ham
- 3.5 oz ricotta
- 0.7 oz Parmigiano Reggiano DOP
- marjoram

Steps
To prepare the cooked ham filling for ravioli, you won’t need many tools, just transfer the cooked ham into the beaker of the immersion blender.
Start blending the ham, adding a little water if necessary.
Blend until you get a soft and homogeneous mixture.
When you have blended all the ham, combine it with the ricotta, Parmigiano Reggiano, and, if you like, marjoram.
You can choose to add other spices or aromatic herbs of your choice, I particularly recommend nutmeg, thyme, and sage.
Mix everything to combine the ingredients and obtain a homogeneous mixture.
Transfer the cooked ham filling for ravioli into a piping bag and fill your favorite fresh pasta!
STORAGE
You can store the cooked ham filling for ravioli in the refrigerator, closed in an airtight food container, for up to 2 days.
I do not recommend freezing it.
