Form walnut-sized meatballs, roll them in breadcrumbs, and cook them in a pan with four tablespoons of extra virgin olive oil over medium heat for about ten minutes, turning them occasionally. Arrange the meatballs on a serving plate and accompany them with a salad, grilled vegetables, or tasty sauces to dip them in, as you like.
