How to Prepare the Apple and Orange Juice Bundt Cake
In a bowl, place the eggs and sugar. Mix with the electric mixer until you get a fluffy and foamy mixture.
Add the cream cheese and Greek yogurt. Mix.
Add the orange juice and oil. Mix.
Add the flour and baking powder. Mix everything well, being careful not to create lumps.
Finally, add the chocolate chips and one apple cut into cubes. Mix with a spatula.
Pour the mixture into a 9.5-inch bundt cake pan that has been greased and floured. My pan does not need greasing or flouring. If you want to take a look, you can find it above in the tool list.
If you like, add chocolate chips and sugar grains on the surface.
Bake in a static oven at 350°F and let it cook for about 35/40 minutes. Please check the cooking times based on your own oven.
Remove from the oven, let it cool slightly, and help yourself.
