The crepe is a soft wafer that allows us to use it to create many recipes, sweet or savory. I usually prepare it to fill with cold cuts and cheese, but this time I wanted to make the sweet version, filled with Nutella and a nice dusting of powdered sugar. Many prefer to eat it folded “wallet style,” but on this occasion I created little rolls to give it a touch of fantasy. You can decide the crispiness of the crepe according to your taste; I think if it’s undercooked it feels soft on the palate, so I cook it quite a bit.

You can fill these delicious crepes with jam, cream and strawberries, or custard.

Let’s hurry to the kitchen and prepare them together!!!
