The Kinder Bueno roll is a treat, a recipe to serve as a dessert made with the delicious Kinder Bueno. It is made with a chocolate sponge roll and filled with mascarpone, cream, and naturally the Kinder Bueno bars. It is perfect for those who love “chocolaty” desserts. Ingredients

  • 4 eggs
  • 1/4 cup unsweetened cocoa powder
  • 1/4 cup all-purpose flour
  • 1 packet vanillin
  • 1/2 teaspoon baking powder
  • 1 tablespoon water
  • 1/2 cup sugar
  • 1/2 cup heavy whipping cream
  • 1 cup mascarpone
  • 2 packages Kinder Bueno
  • 1 tablespoon Nutella®
  • 1 tablespoon sugar
  • 2 Kinder Bueno
  • as needed fresh whipping cream

How to Make the Kinder Bueno Roll

  • Take the eggs and separate the yolks from the whites. Beat the egg yolks with the sugar, water, and vanillin for 7-8 minutes.

  • Beat the egg whites until stiff and fold them into the previously beaten mixture, mixing well from top to bottom without deflating the mixture

  • Add the sifted flour and cocoa, and continue mixing.

  • At this point, pour the batter onto a baking sheet lined with parchment paper and bake for 9 minutes at 356°F. Oven in static mode.

  • Once the cooking time has elapsed, remove it from the oven and place it on parchment paper. Sprinkle the surface of the sponge cake with granulated sugar and then roll it up, including the edges, so that as it cools, it retains all the moisture needed to keep it flexible.

  • Then roll it up and let it cool.

  • Soften the mascarpone with 1 tablespoon of sugar and Nutella, then add the melted Kinder Bueno in a double boiler or microwave for a few seconds.

  • Finally, add the whipped cream and mix everything well.

  • Then, after the resting time of the roll, brush it with milk using a kitchen brush and then fill it with the prepared Kinder cream.

  • Roll it up again and decorate with whipped cream and Kinder Bueno.

Storage and tips for the Kinder Bueno roll

The Kinder Bueno roll can be stored in the refrigerator for up to 3 days. With the sponge cake, you can make rolls filled with various creams or jams. You can also cut it with pastry rings to make layered cakes, instead of using Sponge Cake.
