Ingredients

  • 2 cups all-purpose flour
  • 1 cup granulated sugar
  • 1 orange (zest and juice)
  • 1 packet baking powder
  • cup butter
  • 4 eggs
  • 3 ½ tbsp milk

Steps

  • Place orange peel and sugar in the Bimby bowl and pulverize for 10 seconds at speed 8.

  • Add butter and eggs and mix for 10 seconds at speed 4.

  • Add the remaining ingredients and blend for 50 seconds at speed 4.

  • Transfer the mixture into a greased and floured plumcake mold and bake for about 45 minutes at 350°F.
