Today I prepared a super soft and fragrant Orange Plumcake, it practically melts in your mouth. Really good, you have to try it, with the Bimby it only takes 5 minutes. If you don’t have the Bimby, electric mixers will suffice. The result is still guaranteed. The soft orange Plumcake is perfect for breakfast or a snack, truly irresistible. I also recommend:

Ingredients
- 2 cups all-purpose flour
- 1 cup granulated sugar
- 1 orange (zest and juice)
- 1 packet baking powder
- cup butter
- 4 eggs
- 3 ½ tbsp milk

Steps
Place orange peel and sugar in the Bimby bowl and pulverize for 10 seconds at speed 8.
Add butter and eggs and mix for 10 seconds at speed 4.
Add the remaining ingredients and blend for 50 seconds at speed 4.
Transfer the mixture into a greased and floured plumcake mold and bake for about 45 minutes at 350°F.
