Dried Apples

Dried apples are delicious crunchy chips to enjoy as a snack or to use as filling for various sweet recipes, as well as in tasty salads. Made with a dehydrator much faster than sun drying, they can also be flavored with various spices like cinnamon for a more classic taste, or with a mix of spices like those for panforte, perhaps to package in little bags as placeholders for the Christmas table. During this period, you can also dry figs, try them, they’re absolutely delicious!!
