Ingredients
- 2 eggs
- 4 tablespoons almond flour
- 1 pinch baking soda
- 1/2 teaspoon butter (or coconut oil)

Steps
Break the eggs into a bowl.
Beat with a fork and add the almond flour and baking soda.
Mix well.
Preheat a pan and grease it with a little butter.
Form the pancakes, one tablespoon each.
Cook for 2 minutes on each side over low heat.
Serve with fresh fruit if desired.
