Ricotta, Coconut, and Cocoa Balls

These fresh and delicious ricotta, coconut, and cocoa balls can be made in just a few minutes with only four ingredients.

They are the perfect dessert for summer evenings when you’re craving something sweet and refreshing, much like the Frozen Heart Cake. You can make them in advance and store them in the fridge until it’s time to serve them.

The little one in the house loves them, and with these small treats, I’ve found a way to satisfy her constant craving for something good and especially sweet.

Now take a minute to read the recipe and then…let’s cook and enjoy!!

  • Finally, add the grated coconut to the mixture and incorporate it into the cream. At this point, the mixture will have a moldable consistency, so take a small portion of dough at a time, roll it between your hands, then coat it in the coconut flour.
