Today I’m sharing a very simple and quick recipe: salami, mayonnaise, and hot dog rolls.
With the arrival of spring and nice weather, it’s pleasant to enjoy a nice aperitif before dinner with friends in the backyard. I always strive to avoid the usual snacks by creating something tasty and different each time. On this occasion, I decided to make delicious salami rolls, filled with mayonnaise, accompanied by some sauces that are easily found in supermarkets, depending on your tastes. Extremely simple and easy to make, these snacks are practically like cherries: one leads to another… So try not to overdo it, unless you plan to skip dinner…

Ingredients for Salami, Mayonnaise, and Hot Dog Rolls
- 6 slices Hungarian salami
- 4 pork hot dogs
- 2.8 tbsp mayonnaise
- mint

Steps for Salami, Mayonnaise, and Hot Dog Rolls
Making these rolls is really easy.
First, put the mayonnaise in a small bowl.
On a cutting board, cut the hot dogs in half with a knife. Lay out the slices of Hungarian salami, spread the mayonnaise with a knife or a spoon.
Place half a hot dog in the center of each slice.
Close the two sides to form a roll and insert a small toothpick in the center to secure it.
For decoration, I added a mint leaf, but you can use a pitted olive.
The salami, mayonnaise, and hot dog rolls are ready!!!
