Steps to Prepare Swedish Chokladbollar
I used the food processor to mix ingredients like oats and sugar, melted the butter in the microwave for 30 seconds and added it to the processor. You can also use a blender if you prefer, add the unsweetened cocoa and a cup of previously prepared and cooled coffee. After processing everything, form balls (ping pong ball size) and immediately roll them in the grated desiccated coconut.
Ready, that’s all you need to do to prepare the Swedish chokladbollar truffles.
Very simple and no baking required with just a few ingredients and all within reach
