Fresh Tuna, Potato and Green Bean Salad for Summer

The potato and green bean salad is a timeless classic, but in summer, when we particularly love cold dishes, we enrich it with tuna and a few other ingredients to make it even tastier and more inviting. It’s a great one-dish meal to enjoy at the beach. Start with a simple potato and green bean salad; cook them together, starting with the green beans, fresh or frozen. Once the water boils, add the potatoes, and then just let everything cool before adding the other ingredients to make our salad rich and delicious. In summer, when it gets very hot, there’s nothing better than preparing our meals quickly in advance during the cooler hours, so when hunger strikes, we can sit comfortably at the table without even having to turn on a stove, risking making the environment hotter.
