The low-carb sweet omelette I propose today is the low-carb version with almond flour of the classic Austrian omelette called kaiserschmarrn. Naturally, there is no sugar in this recipe, just eggs, almond flour, baking powder, and vanilla for flavoring. This recipe is also suitable for those intolerant to lactose and gluten.
