Today I present to you Grape Jello with Pine Nuts, a recipe I love. It’s a simple, fresh, and light dessert, perfect for those who appreciate natural, genuine, and seasonal flavors. Preparing it is really very easy and requires just two ingredients, but the result is surprising: a soft, fragrant, and slightly sweet jelly enriched with the strong flavor of pine nuts, whether natural or toasted.
I like to make it when I have seasonal grapes, because their fragrance and intense color make the dish immediately very inviting.
We can serve it in classic molds for individual servings or in a baking dish, perfect not only at the end of a meal but also as a snack or served during a buffet.
During preparation, I will guide you step by step, so you can achieve perfect, shiny, and compact grape jello, with pine nuts that remain on the surface, providing a truly special contrast of textures.
For decoration, you can get creative by choosing a drizzle of honey, citrus zest, or some fresh mint leaves.
In the end, this dessert is not just a recipe, but a small moment of pleasure and sharing. Let me know in the comments if you will prepare it.

Ingredients
- 18 oz cleaned grapes
- 2 g agar agar
- as needed pine nuts
Tools
- 1 Muffin Mold silicone
- 1 Chopper
Preparation
First, rinse the grapes under running water and dry them well. Peel the skins off the grapes, cut them in half, and remove the seeds. At the end of this operation, perhaps the most tedious, weigh the grapes and take only what you need. Put them in the chopper and blend for just a few seconds.
Place the grape juice in a small pot, add 2 grams of agar agar, mix well, and place it on the stove over medium-high heat. As soon as the liquid starts to boil, lower the heat slightly and cook for 3 minutes, stirring continuously.
Arrange the pine nuts at the bottom of the muffin molds (they can also be toasted) and pour the hot grape juice over them immediately after removing from the stove.
Let it cool, cover with cling film in contact, and let it set in the refrigerator.
Serve our Grape Jello with Pine Nuts well chilled and decorate with additional pine nuts, honey, citrus zest, or fresh mint leaves.
Tips, Variations, and Storage
Grape jello can be stored in the refrigerator for two or three days, but inside an airtight container or covered with cling film in contact.
It is therefore perfect to prepare in advance, for a dinner or a special lunch.
We can replace pine nuts with sliced almonds or chopped hazelnuts.
