Ingredients for the Phyllo Dough Dessert with Ricotta and Strawberries:

- 1 package phyllo dough
- 1.32 lbs ricotta
- 3.5 oz sugar
- 10.6 oz yogurt
- 5 eggs
- 1.75 oz butter
- 1 tablespoon cornstarch
- 10.6 oz strawberries
- lemon flavoring
- vanilla

Put the ricotta, eggs, lemon zest, vanilla, sugar, yogurt, and the cornstarch and mix.
Place 4/5 sheets of phyllo dough at the bottom of the pan and brush with a bit of oil. Add some cream and chopped strawberries.
Continue alternating the layers until all ingredients are used up. Leave the last layer with the phyllo dough and make holes with a fork. Put melted butter on top.
Bake at 356°F for about 50 min.
