I chose to prepare this summer dessert without baking by placing unmoistened ladyfingers on the bottom of the mold lined with plastic wrap because the filling would still soften and flavor these cookies!

Ingredients

  • 10.6 oz Greek yogurt (or whole plain)
  • 1 cup whipping cream
  • 2.5 oz powdered sugar
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • as needed ladyfingers (for the plum cake mold base)
  • as needed fruit (fresh as desired)
  • as needed mint

Let’s Prepare This Summer Dessert with Fruit

  • Line the plum cake mold with plastic wrap, allowing it to overhang generously on the sides.

  • Place the ladyfingers on the bottom, cutting pieces to fit the size of the mold.

  • Prepare the creamy part by whipping the cream in a mixing bowl with electric whisks.

    Then add the Greek yogurt followed by the sifted powdered sugar.

    Also add the flavor by pouring a teaspoon of vanilla extract over the cream.

  • Pour this soft filling over the ladyfingers, leveling the mixture well.

  • Place the cold summer dessert with yogurt, cream, and fresh fruit in the freezer, letting it set for at least 2 hours, clearly covered with plastic wrap and parchment paper.

  • Take it out at least 15 minutes before serving at the table, adding a rich fresh fruit salad of seasonal fruit on the biscuit side with also some fresh mint leaves.

  • No-bake fresh summer dessert full of fruit, a real treat against this heat!
