Pan-fried beer chicken, an easy and very loved recipe, to accompany, of course, with fresh bread and a nice glass of beer!
Chicken is a type of white meat that allows us to make countless recipes using numerous ingredients for its seasoning. All its parts can be cooked in some way, depending on the taste of each of us. At my house, we usually prefer breast and thigh, which I then cook both in the oven and in a pan. This time I decided to make the recipe for pan-fried beer chicken, trying to obtain tender and flavored meat that the rest of the family would enjoy. I must say the result was excellent, perhaps unexpected, and indeed even my daughters, who are especially used to eating it baked, appreciated it.
On the blog, you will find many chicken recipes, such as Stewed Chicken with Peas and Carrots, Chicken Curry, Chicken Salad and many more.

Steps for Pan-Fried Beer Chicken
To cook beer chicken, start by cleaning the thighs: remove excess skin and leave the chicken on a kitchen towel for 5 minutes (this step is important to remove freezing water). On the contrary, if using fresh chicken, you can cook it directly.
In a large pan, add the oil and the clove of garlic. Sauté for a few minutes.
Add the chicken drumsticks and brown them on both sides until they are evenly golden.
Add chives, salt, and sweet paprika. Turn the chicken, trying to mix everything well.
Now, pour in the cup of beer and let it evaporate.
Lower the flame and let it cook for 30 minutes, turning occasionally.
